You’ll learn how to connect to your inner self by doing the yoga poses from a spiritual perspective for physical benefits. This course takes you through a journey of spiritual, emotional, mental and physical aspects of life to balance them for an authentic self.
Course 102: Foundations of BodyMind Systems: Anatomy and Physiology
Course 102 looks at how one can take control by looking at the human body and natural reflections for teachers. It explores yoga practices through transformative aspects and offers options to develop yoga based on one’s needs. It explores the relationship between yoga poses and how you can leap maximum benefit from each.
Course 103: Principles and Applications of Adaptive Trauma Informed Yoga
In this course, we look at the approaches one can use to deliver a safe and supportive yoga class for stressed and traumatized students. How trauma-informed teachers can effectively deliver yoga related to trauma and issues surrounding the practice.
Course 104: Foundations of Yogic Philosophies
Course 104 teaches about yoga philosophy and principles to understand the yogic lifestyle, what you can achieve through yoga and the importance of understanding ancient wisdom related to this lifestyle.
Course 105: Foundations of Yogic and Ayurvedic Perspectives on Psychology
Course 105 dives into Ayurvedic psychology to address healing methods that reduce the doshic imbalance. It focuses on having the right relationship with the body as the first approach to mental health. The course also takes a look at sacred texts as foundations of yoga psychology.
